You do your waxing and riding all over town. Just drop him by every now and then. I'll be the car wash and get him all wet for you. Spit shine too?

    :p

*laff* This is a thread of your friend, so Akademik, how much horse power are you packing under the hood? I already know your body kit is pretty tight. Why don't we drop you and see how your suspensions work. How smooth of a ride can you give a girl?

i'm an american but not fat at all, hehe

  8. Abs are one of the hardest to work on. Combine with cardio as well for even better results. I hear breathing it key when doing crunches. If you breath wrong, you wind up with bulgy abs

    Don't you need to run?

Everyone has abs. The problem is that fat surrounds the abs preventing it from displaying. In that case, cardiovascular work out is the best way to obtain abs.

achieving abs doesn't necessarily involve heavy crunches. it can be achieved from running 3 miles a day and by having a good diet and a good sleep.

don't you need to run if you don't want to have muscle weight to slow you down...

another good way to get abs is to hang from a bar and lift your knees up to your chest

Mmm, another workout topic. Time to dispel some rumors.

Rumor: Doing ab work will reduce your flabbiness.
Truth: This applies to all parts of the body. You cannot cut fat from a particular part of the body, because fat is stored in layers across your entire body. However, different people are genetically inclined to store fat in different parts of the body. Even so, you cannot cut fat in your abs simply by doing ab work.

Rumor: Doing ab work will give you great abs.
Truth: Maybe. Why? As the poster in the first post noted, abs are muscles. Well, what happens when you work out a muscle? It gets bigger! Depending on what you're working out for, you should vary your work. If you want to be toned, it's best that you do high repetitions with about 60% of your body weight in resistance. If you want big bodybuilder abs, you should do about 90% of your weight or more.

In all cases, it's very easy to injure your back when doing ab exercises, so watch out.

Ultimately, the best method isn't the run or to do resistance exercise... it's to do both!

I used to hurt my back whenever doing abs exercise, but it all changed when I work on my abs on a decline bench. Decline is the best. I thought abs are hard to get, but I was wrong. They are easy to work on when you do it right. I like working on abs.
