i think i believe in fate like sometimes i go through phases as thinking its fate we meet people and stuff like that...but is fate that thing we call 'yuen fun' as well?
I don't believe in fate, either. People only believe in fate when they want to, and ignore other situations that could possbily be "fate." It's not consistent enough.
i believe in fate. I believe in destiny. You don't have to be completely religious to know this. Though you also must keep in mind that destiny sometimes can change or cannot be fulfilled, therefore if one thing is broken, it leads to another story, another path, another journey.
^ I would have thought fate is something that is not meant to be changed... -huh If another outcome is possible, then what exactly does this so-called fate fits in? It's just a possibility then.
Yeh, I was thinking the same..which is that "Fate" is like the single end result/outcome. Like no matter what you do, if you're Fated to something (eg. die) then ur gunna die regardless of what you do. Also, in meeting ppl, if in this life-time u were fated to meet xx4, then you'll meet them no matter what (the differences would probably just be the circumstances and the type of relationship you have with them, but you still meet them). I'd say i believe in Fate... but hmm after re-thinking, i think i just use the word to describe things which happen (sort of like an excuse/explaination)
Fate.. something that's destined to happen. IMO life isn't written in stone, so anything can happen! really depends on what path one chooses to walk...
