yea he is...but anyhow he's soooooo much better than wong sir(head of crime dept.) who basically is kinda stupid..always jumps to stupid conclusions in their cases... he definitely doesn't fit to be in that high position! but then again, if he''s not stupid, cannot show the smartness of roger kwok n kenneth ma's characters...lol!!
