^ Up your calories and meal frequency, make sure you have a balanced meal with carbs, protein and good healthy fats. Helps to have a protein shake or two, but you really don't need it if your meals are all balanced.

exercise definitely gives you more energy because it helps your blood flow better in your body thus transporting more oxygen and ATP (energy), most of the time goes to the brain so you'll feel more charged so EXERCISE PEOPLE atleast 30 minutes of cardiovascular activities 2-3 times a week and you'll be good I PROMISE... you'll feel the difference

  11. not only does it give you more energy, but it's good for your body overall. i always exercise during exam time to keep myself awake haha

Exercising makes me feel good! it can be really peaceful or can get out my aggression! in a fun way of course! alone i row in the morning. and it's just so peaceful alert to the wind, the beat of the oars, and the flow of the river.

Regular exercise is good for health and fitness. I think Running, Jogging, Walking exercises gives me more energy as that helps me lower my body fat, thus making me feel batter.

    Exercise and balance diet

Exercise is important but a balance diet is equally important. It will all be a waste if one exercises but still eat lots of junk food.

Exercise in general will improve your stamina for whatever period of time, if you lack exercise your stamina will reduce or not be as good.
the problem with exercise is you often find that all that energy you are burning needs to be replenished which means that you will find yourself eating more
