Checking prices first. The last time i checked NDS in hk, it was selling more expensive than canada (when the exchange rate was only CAD 1:HKD 6). However, R4 is definitely cheaper in hk. If your DS is more than CAD$160 (=HKD$1242), you probably wanna get it in Canada. (Assuming USD and CAD on par, then CAD$1 would equal to $HKD7.78)
