costco fish oil i ttake a scoop of whey when i feel like i havent had enough protein during the day. im using the bodybuilding.com brand
obviously doesnt workout probably cant even do a pullup. If cannot do a pullup, not a man in terms of strength.
Protein: ON Whey 100% Gold Standard Protein: Bedtime Exteme (B4 going to bed) Uldo's Choice Oil (Added into Protein) prefer this over Fish Oil pills Multi Vitamins only 2 per day. BCAA Plus from MyProtein only 4 a day as On Whey contains 5 grams of BCCA per scoop so get about 15-20g worth of BCAA from Protein
I think i need to try Combat Powder i've had, PHD whey, ON 100% whey, Reflex whey All three are good products but for me i saw better gains with ON 100% whey. My routine is for bulking protein shake in the morning midmorning peanut butter sandwich lunch chickenbreast and mix veg mid afternoon snack, peanutbutter sandwich again before training a protein shake ( I did have Grenade but gives you a strange buzz so stopped it), or Animal M-Stak after training another protein shake if you want something before bedtime then maybe some cottage cheese
I bought a 4 lb COmbat Powder, but it took me half year to finish it. I wondering how long you can last with those kind of diet.. You get depress, not have enough energy to work harder at the gym. Read this guide. http://www.aworkoutroutine.com/how-to-lose-fat/
It takes determination and its easily to get demotivated. I usually train with someone as we motivate each other. It really depends how fit you want to get. 4lb its around 2 or 3 months serving for me. I've ordered myself a tub of Combat powder i may get some Animal-Cut also. The link is quite good read..
my next routine is Breakfast 9am: Optimum Nutrition 100% Natural Oats and Whey (maybe i add some milk to increase some calcium. maybe some snack around 11am Lunch 1pm: CHicken/DUck/Pork with white rice under $7 next to my workplace or Banh Mi viet sub (2). 7pm i got home , a banana + pre workout 9pm i got home from gym: Whey protein (i add kiwi, avocado, Kale, Spinach, strawberry etc depend what i have into my shake) 9:30 : dinner some steak + vegetable, or chicken with spaghetti, bed time : Casein protein. im 172lb 5'8 so im pretty bulk for my height. i want get Lean.
i would just get cheap oats and add whey powder or just have a shake. as for Casein i just rather have cottage cheese. Oh by the way the tub of combat whey arrived, the scoop is massive, but will see what gains. ordered some CLA, will see after a week if i need to get some more animal cuts i'm currently 5'7 165lbs i should only get leaner and weight should drop.
optimum nutrition 100% strawberry tastes like shit but it gets the job done. yall pre workout folks should just go hyphy mud hahahaa
I take a multivitamin, vitamin D as well as iron (ferrous fumerate) supplements everyday. This is just for overall health and not working out, etc.
bsn syntha 6 might be the best tasting protein i ever bought. This chocolate milkshake actually tastes like a fucking chocolate milkshake lol.
I take a few products from a quality line called Isotonix. The supplements are in powder form. When you mix the right amount of water, the solution becomes isotonic, which means the same pressure as your other bodily fluids. This allows your body to absorb up to 95% of the nutrients in less than 15mins.
I don't use more supplements. I use only omega 3 fish oil. It's a good supplement for my heart health. It controls the cholesterol level, burns fat, and reduces the risk of heart stroke and various other heart diseases. It also plays an important role in weight management because its helpful in fat burning.
