bread is the best. Have had it most of life lol!!
Try not to have bread. Too much empty calories. If I really have to have bread I try to get the whole wheat ones.

All the time! Peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast
I like bread but I try to eat less of it now.

Only when I have to make a sandwich. Vietnamese Bánh mì are awesome =)
