i think siza 12 isnt exactly fat....but just a little above average since asians are so tiny...but overall i think its healthy....
dunno where u live.... size 12 for women is 40 in europe and 10 in usa for women size 12 for men is similar to 50 in europe & 37 in usa guess its something like size medium

I think you mean the US. We are considered the "Fattest Nation on Earth" Personally, I wouldn't consider anyone fat unless there are layers upon layers upon layers of visible fat. Different people are built different ways. I blame the entertainment industry for the distortion of the definition of fat.
