Chow Yun Fat?

I've noticed that most of Chow Yun Fat's good movies are the ones directed by John woo (example, Better tomorrow) why doesn't Chow Yun Fat team up with John Woo to make action movies?

i didn't think he was that great in Pirates 3. Then again i didn't think Pirate 3 was that great.

@kfong1 : probably trying to make USD more than HKD.

 

Because he's trying to tap into the U.S. market. He has made so many movies, but his english isn't that good.

 

i loved his past movies in cantonese... the old ones though .. god of gamblers etc..

 

used to be sooooooooooooo famous. now make mediocre movies? my dad adores him like crazy. haha.

 

he's one of jackie chan's buddies ritee??
cuz my dad said that once and i think it was him.

He's in the new video game coming out called Stranglehold in collaboration with John Woo. His character is Tequila from Hard Boiled. I tried the demo game and was blown away with it. Can't wait till it comes out next month.

 

haha .. how did you mix these 2 up? they are totally different. one is big size; one is small size.
