China to build world`s first "artificial sun" experimental device

    cool if this works then we don't have put so much pollution into the atmosphere and harm earth further more. i seriously think US should also find a cleaner fuel method as well as an efficient one too...instead of wasting money on unnecessary warfare crap. China is finally catching up with the technology with the rest of the first world countries. great for China!!!

    if it works out this world can have all the energy it needs without nearly any of the problems...
    since the world is running out of fossil fuels and all this crap about green house emissions, its worth exploring other alternatives

    i watched som documentray.. that the sun is gona die out .. like it burns up some chemical stuff to create the heat that it does, and when that substance it runs off finishes, the sun will die.. thus so will all the living things on earth. BUT thats in like antoher million years or so... =]

    The problem is there is no suitable container for fusion power plant. It's going to take ages before someone is going to come up with the solution, if at all.

    It sounds like a bomb to me. Nuclear bomb is hard to manufacture because it is hard to source for Uranium.
    But SEA WATER? It's everywhere!
