Abdominal fat is hard to get rid of... Note: Doing lots of crunches or sit-ups doesn't make the fat "go away" .... that'll give you hard muscles - but you won't be able to see it because it's underneath the fat. Eat more greens, stay away from fatty foods, and do lots of cardio.
Pilates, crunches, reverse crunches and leg-ups. Plus cut out carbs and eat more protein. Protein/Carb ration should be 75/25. Since I'm study body mechanics, situps don't really work. =)
i think going to the gym.. or if ur at home do situps should work.. but im too lazy to do that haha..
