    This is pathetic. They're just taking advantage of a situation. Most of the time it's unexpected so why would anyone ever be prepared to hide behind their backpacks

    I have a bullet proof vest. Given to me by a cop friend...

    At that time, I think he said it cost around $500 or so. It looks very cool but I don't think I'll ever need it but you never know...

    it does seem a bit excessive, kinda like they're just trying to take advantage of the situation ...

    shootings are usually random or premeditated, so either way a lot of money will be wasted ..
