How old are you? If you're still in your teens I don't recommend doing heavy lifting and be careful with squats/deadlifts, use light weights/high rep. Get your form right and when youre comfortable move up on weights.

  2. lets see some progress.. :shifty: :naughty:

im early 20's atm. so i think its ok. im starting pretty light at the moment to get the form right and then hopefulyl i'll move up with the weights.
currently im doing about 3 sets of 10 for every exercise. (is that enough reps? )

haha progress is slow.. hopefully i'll be able to see it more later.

To gain muscle mass/strength pick a weight where you're only able to do 4-7 reps max per set.

To get ripped/toned pick a weight where u can do an upwards of 10-15+ reps per set.

I'd say 10reps / 3 sets is a good start if you are able to keep your form.

From personal experience it took around 2-3 months before I began to see noticeable results this is diff for everyone tho, some are blessed with good genes and see changes in their body sooner. GL!! remember to eat/hydrate! :)

drink protein shake and lift heavy weights is the only way to build power size.
