Ep 22 at 42:46, they're moving a comatose patient connected to a mechanical ventilator. This is actually impossible as the ventilator will not function after it is disconnected from a power source. Further, it is usually standard procedure to manually ventilate a patient with a bag valve device and portable oxygen.

There are such things as portable ventilators, but they're generally much smaller for use on ambulances and aircraft. -woot2
