LoL, u make treating black heads sound like some torture scene, but i think will have to try dawn's idea of mask & exfoliate
it shouldn't hurt when u fook... if it does ur doing it the wrong way... not not everyone bleeds when they fook... hehe... i just wanted to b a smart ass -lol if u find too much of a pain trying to remove black heads just cover it up with a very think layer of foundation... make sure u remove it propery at night tho otherwise it'll clog up ur pores n make ur black heads even worse...
