Best Exercise

    For me cardio is the best, it works well for me to lose my weight and maintain good fitness level and activeness.
    I do high intensity outdoor cardio specially jogging, running, swimming, and cycling in my routine workout to maintain my ideal fitness and active body.

    Yup I just sports, bball and soccer for me. Just to stay fit, not trying to be a buff.
