Which one do YOU think is the best exercise? and works the best for you? giving results and helps etc. For me hmm.... running? not really sure hehe
for plain old exercises running is great, but if you looking for more weight loss the moment your schedule of running stops so will the weight loss if its just for exercises staying healthy, any sport that really gets your heart pumping, and sweating will do you good. And sports are always a good way to have fun tooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cardio swimming does it for me i'm not what you'd call the best swimmer, but it's all about persistence same with running, you just have to keep pushing yourself it's just that after swimming i feel great (since it doesn't feel like you sweat), but after running i'm all sweaty and shit and my throat feels gross -unsure
Well a lot of variety of exercise is good, makes it much more fun. In summer I like swimming (or heated indoor for winter), I sweat a lot and swimming makes it more comfortable exercise.
I like swimming best cardio exercise as it involves most of the body parts while swimming and has many benefits like: It improves your acrobatic capacity, It build your hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles, It makes your blood circulation better, It prevents you from obesity and joint problems, It fights against stork and heart disease, It increases your stamina.
Best Exercise? every exercise is best but a routine exercise plan is much important.. Example - this is what i'm doing.. i spend 45min-1hr. Day 1 Back, Biceps, - Run 2miles .. Day2 Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, run 2mils.. Day3 Cardio. run 4miles.. 45mins. Day4 legs, Abs then run 2miles. Day5 - Rest Day because i have to work long hour on this day. Day 6 - spent time with my GF. Day 7 - Work, but cardio at late night.. Most important a diet plan and eat clean. But i make one day to eat whatever i want.
actually a very good guide but dont understand interval training or HIIT it doesnt really explain HIIT? (Green guy)
I believe the science behind it is muscle confusion. For example, let's say you run 4 miles every day. Every day, your pace is consistently 10 minutes a mile. If you run a consistent pace, your conditioning your leg muscles to that pace, and you won't get much benefit out of it for muscle growth after the first couple of days. I'll try to find another article that explains it better.
As people have mentioned previously, the best exercise has to be compound exercises! Now this could be anything, so long as it uses more than one muscle group at once. Think about it, athletes like gymnasts do compound body weight exercises all the time to get to their size. These exercises can be made easily by chaining several exercises, like one of my personal favourites: the tuck jump followed by a clap pushup.
I think the best excersise is the kind that doesn't get you so worked up about. So, it's like a daily thing for the rest of life.
