In college and been using backpacks since I started schooling! Real handy when it comes to stuffing everything in. From books to pencil cases to lunch boxes...just love the carrying capacity. Currently using a Timberland one...good stuff it is
lol would u care about the look and brand of the bag , or the Use of the bag , EG a small and branded one a ugly big one that ur mum got u from the Op Shop ^^
^ The look - yes. The use - yes. But the brand - no. Definitely not gonna bring a big ugly one out with me! Haha...the way you describe it makes me think of those bags with blue, red and white stripes (hung pak lam gao doi)!
i just have a nike backpack. it seems to be fine. its just a normal backpack and has quite a large storage space. those messenger bags usually can't store much which is why i have one but unfortunatly don't use it. on the other hand i guess u can always rely on others to bring the textbook or have it like u bring in the textbook for one subject for like mon, tues and wed and then ur friend brings it in on thurs and fri. if u do that for all ur subjects u suddenly get a considerably lighter bag.
The downside of messenger bags is the lack of compartments. That's why I prefer to carry my backpack around...
