Any cures for headaches?

    Processed and pure juice, both still contains sugar. And sugar in our diet means our body requires more water to process it. If still wants/prefer fruit, just try put a slice of lemon in your (mineral)water!

    I would think eaaaaaaaaaaaating too much causes more a :puke: throw up than headache

    And drinking lots of, even low-fat, milk means our body is consuming unnecessarily calories o_O Only good for babies for their growth and adults for their bones, and some say skin too? If necessarily just keep it to one glass non/low-fat milk, a day! But if your lactose intolerant, suggest get supplements instead.

    Water is still the healthiest for your brain/body to function!
     
  3. wow i think she wants some pointers on headache prevention rather than a complete detox, slice of lemon in water, unnecessary calories-ohmy-ohmy, im surprised you didnt ask her to stick a tube up her bum...such a lifestyle would suk imo:ohnoes:

    LOL I think you wanna ask her that =P Since you went off topic and started with the advice of drinking pure juice, milk and such etc.

    And if you really had read this thread thoroughly you would've know I've already gave her pointers, links etc. for headache preventions, cause etc.

    I was just implying that WATER was still better rather than just pure juice and lots of milk (unless you want to get bigger boobs! and get fat =P) o_O and yes hydration can also PREVENT headaches and such!

    I would say to you, G, go rub/stick it in yours :shifty:

    hell no i will not go through the tube up there!
    forgot whats it called.. begins with E i think :S

    meh today been a lot better.. been leaving my laptop in the bedroom so i'm taking braks from work by walking to and fro hahaaaaa
    but the water intake still aint going very well.. just don't feel the need to drink or have any thirst :S
     
  7. ^ pro-tip.. when we drink 2 ltrs a day we dont allways do it because we are thirsty... or run, start jogging, that will make you thristy!! rowing machine!!!

    See a doctor... I doubt you're always dehydrated.

    Sex I heard is good for headache relieve.

    I'd definatley say it's the weather changing. Whenever there is a change in season I always start getting headaches, especially with are drastic weather changes we've had here in Wales lately.
    Hopefully it should pass soon, it's just you might get it again in spring <_<

    Don't mean to revive an old thread, but just wanted to say that the acupuncture pressure points thing helped. I have a tendency to just pop a pill and hope it goes away, but because of stress lately headaches have been recurring more often (its the second in 4 days). I literately just got woken up in the middle of the night due because of it. Taking tylenol so often isn't good, so I'm glad there are other methods to deal with the headache.

    I guess its better than before, in high school I would get these sharp pains at the upper back part of my head, but I don't know what's worse... long and dragging nagging pain or short/crisp sharp pain.
