i am trying the toothpaste thing and weirdly enough, i think it is actully working! my doctor told me to do the whole daily cleansing ritual (so wash tone and moisturise), then mix a bit of toothpaste with water and spread a thin layer onto the affected areas. wait to dry, then sleep. do this every other night... i have tried it for a week and i hav severe acne and the effect is visible on the second try. hope it works for other people too!
woww...really? ive never heard of using toothpaste ahaha. i dont have a lot..but when one pops out, its just the nasty...iest thing you ever saw. -mellow bleck. but yeah, kinda cool though..thanks for this useful info. =)
good sleep, balanced diet, relax, reduce stress, use warm water to wash face, don't eat too much greasy food, and be happy
yeah get plenty of rest, diet, H20. Tea Tree oil is good for topical treatment of the odd pimple. Otherwise, go to your GP, ask for a referral to a dermatologist, and then you'll most likely be prescribed Roaccutane, which is the relatively 'new' but revolutionary medication for acne.
Clean face with a mild cleanser. Put on Benzol peroxide cream: 3% is strong enough, any higher and it will dry out your skin. After it's dry, then put on moisturizer. Cetaphil is great. Use the cleanser and the moisturizer. Keep using this system every day for a month. Then you'll see some results.
Clean your face once in the morning and once at night. Regular dove moisturizer soap is fine; Clearasil is even better. If you sweat in between, clean it after you sweat (eg after sports). But immediately put clean light moisturizer on afterwards; otherwise, your skin will dry out from you washing away it's natural oils and stimulate it to secrete even more. Drink at least 8oz glass of water every hour, 8-12 cups per day. Sleep at least 7-8 hours per night. Guarantee your skin will look glowing after 1 month.
I dunt really have any prblem wif acne... but if u drink da azn tea *leung cha* it will really help...even tho it tastes liek $4!T u will see the results...

i just went to a dermatologist a while ago and he bombarded me with medications. now my face is clear. it used to be quite bad. i'm glad i found an aggressive dermatologist. even after i said i was happy with the results he said it wasn't good enough yet and he made it even better.
LOL...well...some friuts...lol...i dunt like da main fruits...like banana, apples.. grapes are okie...but i very hate oranges.. the make me sick..my mum used to make me eat them..nd i would run to the bathroom and hide...lol...well..i do have white skin... lol...and clear..i drink a lot of LEUNG CHA... like once every 2 days...and soy bean milk DOW CHEUNG...dat helps too...
i think see a dermotologist if its bad and also get some light lotion for washing face and oil free moisturiser bc the creams would clog the pores.
Just see a dermatologist. They'll check you out and give you specific reccomendation for the type of skin and acne that you have. But in general, use light soaps like Cetaphil, and light moisturizers like Neutrogena. Never use anything with oils. When you buy soap and moisturizers look for ones that say non-comedogenic.
i tried proactiv it worked then it stopped working.. weird.. but i usually breakout when im about to get my period.. when im stress.. and not enough sleep. but if you get enough sleep.. eat more fruits and vegetables.. and i noticed exercising works too!
