Build up muscles first then go running

As you burn more calories if you have more muscles, this need to be backed with a healthy diet, just watch what you eat, dont have to not eat, which can be counter productive as it will lower your metabolism, try having 5 small meals a day

yes quite true, its good to spread the amount u eat, if u have too much for like lunch or dinner then its not as good as having say 4 meals for that period whereby u have smaller quantities.

Just want to add also that your breakfast should be the biggest meal, and that the meals subsequently should become lighter, this ensures that your body has enough time to digest the food properly.

lol those are temporary weight loss.. once you stop drink those herbal tea. I guarantee you will gain back 8kg.

    If you want lose weight,

    *sleep 8hr+,
*drink water instead soda or juice,
*go do some jogging, running, gym, whatever that make you lose calories.
    * eat ever 3hr, just eat some portion.

As some of the ppl. have said, the two main things are diet and exercise ... these things help control the amount of calories going in vs going out.

The impt. thing to keep in mind is that you don't have to starve yourself, just make sure the calorie intake is less than than the amount out.

    keep it up!

lol i always have the goal of losing weight during the first week of exercise, then i say fuck it and go eat a bunch of protein to gain weight (muscle), so far i gained almost 10 pounds in like 2 months of weight lifting with cardio to burn off the fat (unfortunately doing them simultaneously can also cause u to lose muscle, but i don't have time to split them) lol i got like 2X stronger but it's not showing anywhere except the arms. anyways if you just want to lose excess fat/weight just do cardiovascular excercises like 1 hr 4-5 times a week or daily with one day of rest or show and also eat lean protein and don't try to do a diet like eat a cookie and a cup of coffee for a day, thats un-healthy.

on top of eating more during breakfast and less for other meals, try to have a normal eating schedule, so eat at the same time for each meal every day!! exercise at the same time will work effectively as well!

well .. i don't know about effective weight lost but here's my workout/healthy plans

i only drink "cold" water day thru night cuz the coldness kind kick my body to work to retain heat. i eat like i used to; not looking out for anything .. of course, beside fat and trans .. i don't touch fast food. i eat the regular portion of meat or veggie ... basically about the same. i workout whenever i feel like but at least once a week (at night) and use the sauna for 30 mins .. that's how i keep my body fit .. lol

Before I was not able to control myself and I used to forget that I am on diet. But it effects on my dieting then one of friend told me about mark Patrick’s programs . Programs is really awesome and its gives a way to live healthier life. Their weight loss programs are designed to help eliminate the behaviors that are making us overweight. Really it worked for me and I have reduced my weight. I think you also have to try it and I hope you will also find some great results in yourself.

    lose weight

    Hi,

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at
