aiya.. you're putting too much thought into this... the guy just asked you to hang out. just go and see if it's anything other than a friendship than go from there.
hang out somewhere close to the school and get to know him better, see something you don't like about him; If he's too pushy, don't even waste your time with him. I seen some guys that like to hurry things up and try to make the move very early on. Watch out for those.
Flower, I think you've found your answer. Cafeteria food is only as far as you guys can get, looks like he's just a regular classmate and you have no love interest in him. He's not even qualified to to be your friend to have pizza hut with you. Only go out with him if you are interested in him and want to learn more about him, if not pass on it, and find someone better.
My friends said I should not go out with him. He's weird. =P I think he's ok. He's pretty nice and helps me out with my homework.
tsk tsk. This guy has no game. I never understood why so many guys tend to rush these dates. Slowly but surely gets you success. And yes I'm a love guru.
