hmm this is a really big help xD i have a problem of getting so stressed out that when i sleep i grind my teeth that is so loud that the whole house can hear it yes its that bad haha
most time i relieve my stress by go la fitness and get on the running machine and run for around 15mint and u be darn tired to think of stress haha

exercise will help to destress. also, learnt from an article online, applying perfume on your pulse points is also a type of aromatherapy and can help to reduce stress.
in pysh.class, our teacher got us to listen to music n do exercise which actually totally de stressed us...so yeh music n exercise works..=]
the best way to decrease stress is through meditation. i have yet to incorporate it into my daily routines. lol
Hmmm... what about food? xD food is always nice hehe. Ermmm some exercise... like going for a run always helps. Last and not least... hang out with your friends ^^ Gd luck with exams ~add oil~
my way of destressing is to actually watch a comedy.. heh.really helps... after that soak in a bubble bath if u have a bathtub / go swimming... water always have a soothing effect on the mind... sitting at the beach listening to the waves enjoying the sea breeze helps too.
