good article, things you already know as a person but never tend to remember when your in the moment of stress......remind us to sit back and look at the bigger picture.
Hmm... interesting things to try, but if your too stressful, I doubt you would remember these things...

I go to the gym and work it out. But something I just take my gun to the range and picture the person giving stress as the target and let it rip.
I hate stress...I usually listen to music, sleep as much as I can, have a hot shower, watch some TV to decrease stress..I also think about some good things I wanna do after (an exam or example) and I tell my self to move on.
i find sleeping helps
walking it off & playing squash are good remedies for stress relief
When I'm stress I would take a long bubble bath and relax. It feels so good. Another way for me to take off my stress is oil massage.
sex is said to be the best method to release stress lol
exercising and getting a good massage once a week.
doin somethin that u love n enjoy doin, like art for example. relaxing n peaceful

But the things that work best are
~Drink lots of water
~Go to the gym, workout, or just jog
~Listen to soft calming music
the 11th. Sex decreases stress
