WinAVI (where u can download from my signature), and change the output setting to medium / low quality and the split setting - dvd capacity to 8500MB (this would make sure the output file within the dual layer size), and then use dvd shrink to compress the newly created folder for ur episodes to DVD-5 size

I have WINAVI video converter, but how come when I convert my .rmvb files into vcd/dvd file there is no audio.
making dvd. ConvertXtoDvd 3 is a program that allow you to add as many chapter as you want, but than you are sacrifying the resolution of the video. It is very user friendly program and very easy to use. You can also title you movie title in chinese and english, make sure to select the language during the installation process.
Another good program to make your own dvd is AnSoft Movie DVD Maker, but this one that a lot more time to make dvd, but also very easy to use.
