indeed, 12gb is like the minimum/standard size for a bluray 1080p rip. 4-8gb for bluray 480p rip. dvd rips are like 1.4gb and anything lower in size is kinda bad quality to watch on a "bigger" monitor.

I don't think if this is related to this megaupload file; as soon as you try to download from megaupload site; XP security alert will hijack your browser and scanned your computer etc (the usual malware trick). It happened to my two computers; lucky I got them covered by ghostscript. just be aware.
