Foxit PDF Reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/reader/download.php its what the name is, its basically an alternative to Adobe Reader, I find that this is much faster and responsive than adobe, especially loading in firefox.
Don't know if this has been mentioned but Pay to use (*Cough*Torrent): ConvertXtoDVD - Pretty useful program that can convert .rmvbs and even .mkvs into dvd, also has features that let you add chapters etc. I'm not that experience in this field so I haven't completely tested it out with MKVs w/ subtitles, I only burnt 3 MKV movies so far. One was hardsubbed with turned out great. The other two were soft subbed which for one the subs didn't appear though I suspect it may be the video file itself I'll have tp experiment a little bit more.
avg has been getting bloated lately, iIswitched to avira antivir. Seems light and catches more viruses than avg.
