Thanks..but i tried to extract it out, there is a message saying that there is no archives found and ' WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages: TM.avi.001.Rar: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged'.

Any solutions for that?

try renaming it. usually that will work otherwise ur file that u downloaded may not be complete. if that is so then redownload the file.
