right on. it includes a menu and a trailer. i can't seem to discern what the audio is, but i don't think it's cam.
i think when someone actually rips the video itself out and nothing else...it should be around 700 mb - 1 gb if its not BR, it shouldnt be more than 1 gb

The source claims it's DVDRip, not me. It might be VCD quality, but I don't know. It's watchable and the audio is good. Reuploaded it at post #71,

i managed to get my hands on a copy of the US version DVD and the quality was horrible... just a little bit better than VCD quality.
