That's a good workout, it burns more calories per hour than most other aerobic workout ^o^ However, my choice would be swimming/skating/running with lots and lots of stretch and posture training (yoga and pilate type) Sometimes I would opt for dancing class, capieora (spelling?), jazz-funk, belly-dancing!
lol. it's funny. you have the same like me. i do sit up, push up and stretching. i feel those are the fastest ones
playing center for netball. i know, it looks like a game for prissy girls... but it's actually really fun and a great workout!
