Wtf... Only in the US

    I dont understand why the fact that this kid smoked pot 2 weeks prior to the accident can even be considered in this court case... why doesn't his lawyer get some doctors to support the fact that there is no way marijuana could have any effect on this kid's driving 2 weeks from the date of inhalation.

    This kid should be tried for manslaughter, not for a DUI resulting in death. I dont understand why this kid's lawyer would let him plead guilty to a BS charge like that.

    Forget the trial, forget what the lawyers say, forget what the doctors think.

    Take him outside and put a bullet into his skull. While they're at it, put some in his parents' skull as well.
