Surely he lives with his girlfriend or know the house number right?
But of a silly mistake to do...
But at least when he gets home he can redo all these proposal again "in person"

 

thats pretty bad..... not remember the one phone number most important to you...

 

he probably just dialed the wrong number... haah
but to be honest, since i got a cell phone i dont really remember any numbers except my house phone.
