I'm 5'6, 135 lbs, and I'm thinking of putting on some weight. I have a pretty low fat percentage, (around 12%) and I'm afraid it'll go up if I pack on the pounds. If you get too buffed you'll look disproportionate. Sorry to say this muscles only look right on tall guys +5'10, otherwise you'll just look stocky with muscles. Best going with ripped option.
