Working out: Getting a buff or ripped physique

    I'm 5'6, 135 lbs, and I'm thinking of putting on some weight. I have a pretty low fat percentage, (around 12%) and I'm afraid it'll go up if I pack on the pounds. So do you guys think it's better to be buff or ripped?

    If you get too buffed you'll look disproportionate. Sorry to say this muscles only look right on tall guys +5'10, otherwise you'll just look stocky with muscles. Best going with ripped option.
