“Word Twisters’ Adventures” Breaks the Record of Lowest Rating for a Finale

    “Word Twisters’ Adventures” Breaks the Record of Lowest Rating For a Finale

    Out of the three TVB anniversary series this year “Men Don’t Cry”, “The Ultimate Crime Fighter” and “Word Twisters’ Adventures”, “Men Don’t Cry” led by Dayo Wong received the highest rating of 39 points for its finale. As for newly crowned TVB best actor Moses Chan, his series “The Ultimate Crime Fighter”also achieved good ratings for its finale with 33 points. But Jordan Chan and Charmaine Sheh’s “Word Twisters’ Adventures” did very poorly, getting an average rating of 26 points for its finale, the highest peaking was only 28 points. This is the first time a TVB anniversary series cannot get above 30 points for its finale, “Word Twisters’ Adventures” broke the record of the lowest rating of a finale.

    charmaine sheh is always the same back then when i watched tvb series, she was boring. i dunno jordan chan is cool though, so i think charmaine probably ruined it lol

    Well ~~ its understandable eventually...
    The ending was sort of a failure if you all understand what do I mean... It is totally a nuisance with Jordan Chan claiming to meet up with god......

    well, i think the series started out good but it didn't build up as it progressed. the storyline becomes predictable and even the "funny" scenes seem way tooooo obvious to get me laughing at all. there are no challenges nor any "special" about Charmaine's role. in fact, i believe the Michael Tse role kinda stood out from the show rather than Jordan and Charmaine. anyhow, from my opinion, it's no one's fault for low rating but the script. these is an all experienced cast and audiences expected a lot more from them but the drama unable, or better yet failed to deliver.

    I don't really like the series with Jordan acting but I like Michael but it got a very low rating though.

    the series wasn't that great. i watched it all the way to the end anyway, and i can kinda see why ratings slumped. the end was just so bad. i thought the story at the end became kinda ridiculous.

    the story is just stupid, i watched like 4 episodes, and i stopped. I don't even knw it's finale already....who cares......the cast aren't that good.
