i dont... they arnt supposed to use it unless there is a physical threat againts them. unless she reached for a knife or some sort of weapon, then no i do not think it was just. however you do hear one officer say you tried to punch. now as far as i could tell i dont think she did but that would then constitute the use of the taser... only thing is the punch in question probly happend while she was on the ground being handcuffed AFTER the tasing incident and therefore again would make it unjust.
yea.. i think they were too quick to use the taser but i also think she's an idiot for not getting out of the car after so many warnings.
