Winter Fashion (for colder places)

Wasn't sure if there was a discussion for this, might be kind of early too since fall just rolled around a few days ago. By colder places I mean places like England, Canada, USA, etc.

I'm just wondering what types of winter clothing people usually wear, I'm referring to mostly outerwear like shoes, scarves, jackets/blazers and stuff. And what type of winterwear do you like seeing on the opposite sex?

I go for the more casual type clothing, but feel free to post pictures/suggestions of casual, more trendy or more formal winterwear too

i see everyone wear it... when i wear my big coat with furred hood in montreal, everyone stares at me lol. a lot of toronto people wear those..
