hey all - so i followed the tips of converting the real player to avi with winavi... the video encodes find but there is no sound with the video.. am i doind something wrong. I hate real media files.!!!
never had that problem, so i'm not too sure plus i hardly ever bother to convert... is that problem with every rm/rmvb file u convert? or just that one specific one? if its with everyone, check some settings. u mite of just had something unchecked or checked unknowingly
maybe you dont have the correct codecs (audio) to play the converted avi download something like K-lite codec pack or similar
is your operating system xp or vista? if it is vista, winavi is not compatible! i have the same problem, the conversion is fine except no sound. now i use convertxtodvd software and i also had to download ac3 filter to get the sound working.
