I like 4th! the kitty is cute =)
I like the curious/playful aspect that he radiates.

 

i prefer the 5th one as it shows a lot of personality and the fact that it isn't cute because you used an animal.. i jsut like the design of the robot

The bottom 3, but especially the cat.

 

the 5th one is the best, it looks cute and very friendly
6th is okay but too flat, it is more 2d then 3d, i think if u put a mouth on it,
then u can give the cartoon facial expression

 

5th one, cute and "friendly" looking I like to read also, and balloons are cool haha...
