Where do they get their clothessss? I'ev always wondered where ppl like Jay chou... Rain/Bi... or any of those famous ppl get their clothes. does anyone know an alternate store or whatever? i live in new york and im obsessed with FOB styles lol. i know it's probably expensive, but maybe there are stores with pretty much similar clothing. I'm prep, but i really want a change of style. anyone have any suggestions? -cool -noclue
Read Hong Kong or Japanese magazine and hit a Barney's with the style guide If you are really desperate, a GQ works too. But seriously, girl clothes are much easier to find, since they usually buy popular brandname stuff.
Jay Chou - what, those flowery button shirts? just go to a thrift shop haha... but i do admit, he looks really good in them...... yum. Bi - hey, have any of you noticed that he wore the same shirt so many times during his "It's Raining" days? that weird patchy brown/white shirt that is wayy too short and keep showing off his beautiful abs. xD
lol why bother following the trend?? is there a specific 'celeb' you wanna dress like?? I rather spend money on clothes that suits me rather then spend hella money on clothes just to look like another person...
A good amount of Celebrity clothing isn't paid for. What they do is strike a specific deal with a designer. They then wear the clothes for free; it's a win-win situation for both parties, as the celebrity gets to wear the clothing, thereby also promoting the designer. So oftentimes, when you hear that a celebrity is wearing a $5,000 dress, the celebrity hasn't paid for it. That's just the retail price.
i have no idea where they get their clothings from. I would want that too. But i think it is probably desinger clothes. Anyways i think if u live in nyc, u should go to west boradway or something. The stuff their is pretty nice but very expensive.
i've worked for a artist agency before, and most of their clothes come from designers. The designers want publishing time so of course there are an abundant of clothes for stars to choose from. in addition they get clothes for being the spokesperson. However, there are still stars that just like to go shopping like the rest of us and some even like furu-fuku so they go to thrift stores.
suprisingly I have seen many many hk celebrities wearing abercrombie/roxy/billabong lately. For some press conferences i have even seen girls wearing tops and dresses from le chateau which is kind of odd considering the majority of hk celebrities have expensive taste. i guess it's the whole 'western style' thing?
do not ever buy cloth from ebay, you dont know where they came from... oh and guys show off abs cus we want ppl to punch it!!!! maybe not...
