CORRECTION O is only compatible with O and not other Blood groups. O is called the universal doner ie it can donate blood to all other Blood groups , But it can recieve blood only from O . Whereas AB is the Opposite it can recieve Blood from all other blood groups but donate blood only to those with AB I am B+ Therefoere, I can accept blood from B and O, If I donate my blood only those with B and AB can recieve my blood.
