Hi there, I stumbled upon the following site, where you can calculate your ideal weight, by entering: - Current weight. - Height. - Age. - Gender. http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm Accoording to the calculation, I have ideal weight of 76 KGS and I'm 76 KGS -cool How is yours? Is your current weight and ideal weight the same??? Do you think that you are too heavy? ... even if it is your ideal weight?
Hehehe that thing aint bad, it says mine shud be 64kg and im 68 XD~~ yea i guess I'd like to be 64 =p, okays to the Gym tomorrow ^^
Um, 10 pounds lighter than what I am right now? ALWAYS? The fact that it's unattainable is what "ideal" stands for to me -- it keeps me working hard
you can't trust these thing over the internet cause they do not calculate in the bodyfat percentage........ it said that my ideal weight at 5'10" would be 161 Pounds, right now i'm 165 at 12% bodyfat which is pretty close....... But 3 years ago before i ripped two of my disc on my lower back i was 180 pounds 8% body fat but know one every thought i was overweight or fat......... i'm sure if i was 161 pounds but at 25% percent body fat that wouldn't be too ideal
My ideal weight is 151lbs. I'm at 155(12% body fat) right now, but I'd like to bulk up to 165, then then cut back down to 155(8%).
That thing's kinda screwed up... I'm not sure about my exact height so I tried different heights and looked at those weights. For 5'11'' the ideal weight is 141 lbs /64 kg 5'10'' 139 lbs / 63 kg 5'9'' is 150 LBS and 68 KG?! Sorry, but I didn't know growing taller makes your ideal body weight lighter. >_>
The ideal weight is when you look at the mirror and not say: A: "I'm a fat ass" B: "I'm a strony faggot"
accordin to the site my ideal weight is 147......thats strange im 155 but i wanna be 160 (im 5'5 but i want to incease muslce mass )
hmmm yea i dunno how u all calculate ur body fat %%s I cant get hold of that stupid electrode thingy!! anyways guess what, Ive gotten to 70kg now and ive only gained muscles and its saying im getting fatter~ darn that site!
