I'm in some sort of dilemma at the moment. I've sort of gained a few pounds and by few I mean WHOA-WHAT-THE------IS-THAT pounds. Anyway, I would like a few kind words of advice that would help me efficiently lose weight. The operative word here is, KIND. Meaning no haneous words thrown into abuse. Thanks. It'd be grately appreciated.
well a good way to lose weight is to eat healty or cut down on most of your junk food and some red meat, if you lose the junk food you'd lose about 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks. do daily exercise like go for a 30 minute walk or something physical at home like pilates or sit ups and stretches for about 20-30 minutes. you have to be dedicated so no slacking off!
it depends when u check ur weight, if u check it in the morning, ur weight should be lower, however when u check at night, ur weight is usually a bit higher...because after dinner or something...not sure if this is true, but it's true for me! Just make sure u dun eat a lot of junk
Well, I don't eat much junk food anyway and I also don't eat any meat. I'm a vegetarian. I'm trying to determine an efficient way of losing weight without waiting months. I suppose that might be a problem.
You have to take it slowly, dun rush it...it just won't work...and consistency thats the word...exercising is probably the best in losing weight...but as I try to stress be consistent at it
might wanna utilize 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. If you wanna get hard core... your carb sources shuld only come from things like -brown rice -lentils -oatmeal -whole grain breads -whole grain tortilla/flat breads -sweet potatoes (the organge kind) -all vegtables except for Corn (highly starchy) remember Vegtables are things without seeds -the only fruits you should eat are Grape Fruit and Lemons as everything has too much sugar..... Protien Sources -boneless skinless chicken breast -chunk light cann tuna -salmon steak -fish -extra lean ground beef -egg whites -cottage cheese -yogourt fat sources -olive oil -fish -unsalted plain nuts of any sorts. -natural peanut butter Condiments to add flavour -a lil mustard -hot sauce does wonders -herbs can be added to anything... they are quite versatile. eg. Basil, oregno, cyanne powder, paprika I ate nothing but those exact items for a long time and i had periods when iwas ripped beyond recognition =O too bad i dont have the size to make it seem all that more impressive... this is theonly way to do it quick the safe and healthy way. All these are Very low on the glycemic index. Weight training should also be utilize as the more muscle you have in your body, the easier it is to burn fat as your motablism is higher. eating smaller meals spread out 5 times a day also raises your motablism. If you follow something similar to this with no discrepancies and extremely strict... you could get in amazing shape in the matter of a month. Good lord, that is a detailed list of food. And sooo restrictive. Aren't you also only supposed to eat 5 really small meals a day, but not to eat after 8 p.m.?
so how does asian food go in with this like rice, pork chop white noodles how do we calculate that, european food never fills me up.
it's not like you can't have those things but it's very refined meaning you eat alot more of it to get the same amount of nutrient you need. The possibility of eating 5 to 6 meals a day is exactly used so your not full but your not hungry. If you were to have your carbs. then the best would be have it in the morning where it is used up during the day.. so if you were to eat rice then you perferably comsume it in the morning or midday that way it's not store but used up. As in terms of pork chop.. why it's not as healthy. is because it's contains a high percentage of saturated fat and cholesterol in there and doesn't give that sufficient amount of protein. compared ot chicken or turkey breast. and studies have shown that pigs absorb many of the toxins and poisons they are exposed from their lifestyles. hope that helps
lol dont' eat too much.. that's a myth.. you should be eating more but watch what you eat that's the key.. you wanna keep an high metabolism.. to those that don't kno what metabolism is.. it's basicalli all the chemical reactions in your body that keeps it going.. fast reactions means you metabolize better and you use up energy my efficiently..leading to better weight loss. compared to slow metabolism...with eating less meals... hope that helps. =P
