Not actually sure if there is already a post like this already but lately I have seen advertisements on the internet about weight loss patches. Its a bit like a nicotine patch except its a weight loss one. It's supposed to surpress your appetite so you wont feel hungry all the time. I was wondering if anyone has used/tried them before and if it works or not.
Just another gimmick for pharmaceuticals company to make money. The only way to lose weight is the traditional method: eat healthy food + drink adequate amount of H20 + exercises + proper rest/ sleep routine.
If it works ppl please tell me. hahah i would try anything. but i would not drink that slimfast drink. they taste horrible. the patch sounds simple.
Well I know some of them are just a caffine patch it's just so that caffine can be absorbed through the skin in to the bloodstream (i dont understand how that works) but once you've got the caffine in your system, you get all energized/hyper and bounce around more, move around more, at more fitigy, therefore more excersice -> lose weight so i guess it wouldn't be effective to coffee/pop/tea drinkers
i would love to hear it from someone who have actually had it work for them! One important thing is perserverance, good healthy food and exercise are the best combination!
