Before I put my work up, just wondering anyone know anything about use case or how the hospital works? I've been given a scenario and have to create a use case diagram based on that scenario which is hospital. So far I have these following actors: - Patient - Registrars (senior doctors) - Housemen (junior doctors) - Nurse (sister) - Receptionist - Mechasim - Consultant An example of a use case: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd409427.aspx
making an appointment could a use case, because you will need to know which doctor is schedule with a patient, so you do not over book the doctor's schedule. billing,
