This is by far the best from the review.

The XDA Developers just released the XMBC app for Android. And from reading from other, the app seems to work fine with the UG802.
You can share your media files from any computer on your network.
This thread from XDA Devlopers about the XMBC app is kind of long: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1813089

Here are 2 videos on the XBMC app:

One thing good about the UG802 is that you can use a keyboard and a mouse with this device. That Playstation-looking controller with the keyboard and touchpad in the second video (Pandawill) looks really cool!!! I might consider buying that or this Logitech keyboard from Amazon http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Wireless-Keyboard-Multi-Touch.

I was planning on getting this so that I can turn my "dumb tv" into a Smart TV.
1st and most important app I will install is the XBMC app. I can run my entire movie collection that is on my PC.
2nd app would be the Sopcast app. This is useful if you know any addresses.
3rd app would be the MX Player app so that I can play streaming videos from the internet.
4th app I might get is the aDownlowder app for my torrents (BT).

For all those that enjoy chinese media (especially from China) you can install the PPS app and the PPTV app.
Since this device is from china, some apps are preinstalled, such as Youku.
There are also many apps from Hong Kong that are available in the Play Store.

I still haven't bought this yet. I am looking for a reputable seller from Ebay. I will let everyone know where I buy it from.
The price ranges from around $60 to $80 depending on who you buy it from.

Any recommendations, input, or advice on improving this device from anyone would be appreciated.
Feel free to suggest any apps that are worth installing.
Let's try to make this "stick" the best media center for our HDTV.

This perfectly illustrates the reason why Apple fears Android so much.
