Monday February 12, 2007 Hong Kong Twins' marriage certificate, evidence of their 6th anniversary Twins went to two functions yesterday, first they filmed one of TVB's Chinese New Year shows, riding jeeps with Grasshopper and sang their new year song in front of HK governments' officials. Then they went to Sunshine Bazaar in Ma On Shan for their album's autographing/singing function, which Grasshopper also supported and once again sang their new year song. It is Twins' sixth anniversary and they both wanted to cry when they talk about their feelings, Charlene cried out when she mentioned the fans loyalty. The fans gave them a lot of presents, of which included their own special edition album numbered 121 and 1122, which made Twins very happy. The also made a imitation of a signature card for a wedding and a marriage certificate on the back of it. When Charlene saw her name on the groom section, she pouted, "Why do I have to be the groom?" During the function, Charlene held a 6-year-old fan and Gillian had a little fun by asking the child to call them "Daddy" and "Mummy." Then Twins drank from the nupial cups, celebrating their "union." After the function, reporters asked why Charlene doesn't like being the groom, she laughed, "I was just joking, it doesn't really matter, I don't mind being the groom, I like playing the part too." As for the touching moments, she said, "Fortunately I can hold it in or I'll have to go backstage and put on more make up, but it's really touching." Twins said that they will cook for Grasshopper to thank them for their collaboration, but Grasshopper suggested to eat out instead because Twins probably doesn't have much time to work on their cooking. Other than that, Gillian wanted to order ten copies of their album, but the shopkeeper said there's only six left and after counting, there's only five because Remus just bought one. Twins' new album has a very good response, so Mani said they will hold a celebration after the new year. credits: mingpao, asianfanatics.
