Link is fine, since I'm able to download it.. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RB7TE638 Most likely the specific file was taking too much of their (Megaupload) bandwidth speed. Guess that's the reason why the streaming function is disabled (they always do that to all those files =P). You should flame (the company) Megaupload, instead OP. No fix until MU enables it..only solution left is to download it ;]
