It seems that there's problem with the uploaded files. There's only sound but no pictures.

 

Has the sales presentation 2017 release yet?

 

b-lee, the files seems to be corrupted. The video only has sound and no picture. Seems that everyone is having problems.

Is there a possible fix that you can re-upload...?

Hey b-lee the download doesn't work for me either I downloaded both files twice and renewed the VLC latest version but the video has no pictures.

My codecs are all up to date. I've also downloaded this from nikkyh version (TVBOXNOW 萬千星輝賀台慶 H265_2016-11-19.mp4
https://userscloud.com/jgrm2d7vwsum )... but same problem occurs. So, it could be from the same file source. The file definitely has an error as other people has the same problem.

Thanks b lee. I dl and it works for me on media player classic

 

same here, the file is not playable on computer and on the media player too

 

HEVC (H265) codec is required. It plays properly for me, with video and sound. I used MPC to play the video.
Update your player and your filters to the latest version and try again.

 

Hi B-Lee, I've used Windows Media Player, Media Player Classic, VLC Media Player and even ASUS Media Player but none of them can play the video
