    Description
    炎炎夏日，黃淑儀（Gigi姐）來到中山及順德，介紹各種煲湯材料，帶來消暑湯水：蓮香鯽魚湯、八寶冬瓜盅、三乾煲鯽魚湯及天麻鱘龍魚湯；Gigi姐並親往蓮園，請專家講解全身皆是寶的蓮花之食療價值，而蓮製品中最貴的竟是蓮鬚，到底蓮鬚有甚麼特別功效﹖消暑瓜果中首推冬瓜，揀選靚冬瓜有甚麼竅門﹖而以冬瓜乾、竹竽乾、粉葛乾及鯽魚煲成之湯水，以及由人工養殖，有「活化石之稱」的鱘龍魚，配以天麻、雞腳煲成之湯水，這兩款湯水究竟是甚麼味道﹖且讓Gigi姐一一道來。
