    Episode 01: 江源道著名的「明太魚泡菜」
    江原道位於韓國東北部,四季分明,不但有明媚的風光,更有著濃厚風土人情的村落。那裡民風純樸,居民大多以務農為生,主要以種植稻米、蔬菜、水果為主!而當地的農家有一特別的傳統,用海水來製豆腐,到底這種豆腐與普通的有甚麼分別?營養價值是否較好?宋芝齡、袁嘉敏將會走到著名豆腐料理店,親手學製特色的「海水豆腐」!

    當然,主持們亦不忘請教泡菜達人如何醃製地道的「明太魚泡菜」,明太魚營養價值高,據說對人體百利而無一害,用其來醃製泡菜又有甚麼功用呢?醃製時又有甚麼秘訣?

    位於韓國西南面的全羅道三面環海,海產、農產都非常豐富,美食亦特別多,故被冠上「韓國糧倉」的綽號。當地出產的苦菜,味道雖然苦澀,但對身體非常有益,用來醃製泡菜,更為特別!可是要怎樣醃製才可以中和苦味呢?當中又有甚麼秘訣?宋芝齡、袁嘉敏將請來泡菜達人教授「苦菜泡菜」的醃製方法!
    原來鹽是醃製泡菜時其中一種重要的調味料,而全羅道出產的鹽更得天獨厚,是全韓國數一數二質素最好的!到底他們平時如何打理鹽田呢?不同年份的鹽又有甚麼分別?主持們還會走到鹽博物館,認識當地產鹽的歷史!
